We are a business oriented litigation firm that relies on  the experience of our principals and staff  to represent clients against major law firms and their adversaries, large and small. We have no associates or paralegals; one attorney works on all aspects of each case from start to finish and will master all of the material facts and applicable law as the underpinning of this representation. The cases described below -- both those we have won  and those we have lost -- reflect on the depth of our experience.
 

Fee Arangments

We are open to taking plaintiff's contingent fee business cases and also represent clients based on traditional hourly fee basis. Our rates are $450 per hour for Matthew Herron, $350 per hour for Robert Steele and $100 for legal work performed by our experienced staff in drafting pleadings, discovery and trial preparation.

Technology

The firm searches out, adopts and then employs the latest technology which we use to compete against, and prevail, against our adversaries. We can provide a client complete internet access to all of the materials in their case with a password protected client web portal, assisted with our google search appliance. The technologies we use are self-taught so they do not depend on outside contractors or IT personnel to function.
